		<description>I always used a per job rate.  We will provide you this list of services for a certain price.  Call around to the competition and ask them how much they charge.  Yes, this is spying.  LOL!  You will want to call the major companies, the franchises, and the small local ones to get an idea of how much they are charging.  If you are new you&#039;ll need to be toward the low end to get clients.  After you are established you can raise prices for new clients.  After 24 years of business our prices are toward the high end of the local companies but we are still lower priced than the franchises.</description>
