Once you get the calls it is up to you to make sure the customer is satisfied and that you get their repeat business.
Why you Market
The whole point behind your marketing message needs to be delivering a message that shows the customer how you can help them or how you can solve their problem. For example, they have a dirty carpet and you have a carpet cleaning service. They have a dirty office and you can come in and clean it for them. That’s the whole concept behind marketing…convince them how you can help, why you are the best choice and why they should pay for your service rather than the other guy.
