It is not normal that one belittles the cleaning service profession. Be it the janitor in your old school one played pranks on or the maid in a hotel who blocked one’s path, they are seen as minimum wage earner with little or no future aside from cleaning up after the mess of everyone else. But looking much deeper into this, one fails to realize the potential of this line of work to create so much profit for the entrepreneur. The business line has been steadily growing because of the quick turn around time to earn revenues. It has continued o thrive because of the great demand that does not seem to wane. This stems from the inherent dislike that people have for cleaning and there are those willing and able to perform this task for a fee.

Start up businesses can sometimes have a problem in pricing their wares. With your commercial cleaning service, it might just be as hard, if not even more so. Instead of just focusing on pricing services, you will also need to figure in how much the equipment you will use cost (both purchase price, and maintenance, plus savings to buy new ones), the other materials you will use (like rags, and cleaning agents), and the labor costs. However, you are going to have to accept this challenge since your business’s success will depend on a competitive price.

You can choose to run one on your own or you can have a couple of extra cleaners employed. At some point, when you have a steady flow of clients coming in, you might want to consider expanding your space to allow better storage of equipment or you can just choose to rent out a storage space outside of your home.

Ask anybody on the office whether they want to work in a disorganized place, where everything is just a mess and the yesterday’s garbage has not been emptied, then all of them will answer the same thing: no. Obviously, everyone’s concentration is ruined already all because of a dirty environment. The only solution for this problem is to hire someone for janitorial cleaning services.
