Aside from that, you can also make a list of how much cleaning products you will be using up for a single cleaning. Additionally, you can create a detailed list of the chores you need to offer. And more importantly, you can estimate how many hours you can keep on cleaning in a day without overly exhausting yourself.

In any service business, the right pricing may be hard to achieve at first because there are no products to speak off. In fact, you are pricing the cost of your labor and this is a precious commodity. However, simple research can actually be a big help in this task.
