The cleaning materials, in case they are not your own, should be checked if they are environment friendly and if they would not cause damage to any of your belongings. Next, all your personal belongings and documents which are valuable, important or expensive which may be lost or taken should be properly kept and locked in a safety cabinet if possible. Rooms that you do not wish to be entered should also be locked. Lastly, leaving the cleaners a list of things that they should do and should not do would help so they would not forget anything. This would also prevent misunderstandings and thus give you full satisfaction from their work.
